Our Sunday 10.30 am service has now resumed  but with some changes which have been listed below,

This is in conjunction with government guidelines pertaining to the management of Covid-19.

 

Attendance, each Sunday at this service will be scaled down to members of two house fellowship per week in order to comply with social distancing guidelines laid down by the government. The six house fellowships  at HPC will follow a rota  and we hope that this will  afford all those who desire to attend with the oppurtunity to attend once in 3 weeks.

Your house fellowship leaders will continue to contact you via text/ email and please respond at the earliest to facilitate the smooth running of our scaled down Sunday morning service.

Attendance will be confirmed on a first come first serve basis with regard to responses recieved.

If you are not part of a House Fellowship, and would like to attend, please contact Christy John

-The service will continue to be livestreamed through our YouTube Channel for all those who cannot attend.

-Face coverings are mandatory for all those who attend, however as per government guidelines, those leading in worship and teaching  will be exempt whilst leading  these activities.

-Sanitation stations  have been set up both at entrance and exit points.Please avail of these facilities upon arrival and when exiting the building.

-A One way system will be operational in the building . Please follow the signs to comply with this,

-The kitchen will remain closed, so please bring your own bottles of water and please take any rubbish with you.

-The disabled bathroom in the main hall will be the only accessible bathroom during the Sunday morning service,

-The main hall is the only accesible part of the building, Please do not use any other rooms.

-Children and young people must be supervised at all times and parents will need to ensure that social distancing requirements are adhered to. All our chidren and young people groups have been temporarily suspended.

-Our weekday services will continue online until further notice.

-We will continue to keep you updated via the website, e-mails and messages from your House Fellowship leaders.

-Please speak to a Parking attendant on arrival.

-You will be requested to and required to fill in a self declaration form.

-As seats are limited we will only be able to offer you a seat if we have any available spaces.
