IMPORTANT NOTICE

Re: COVID-19

 

Dear HPC Family,

I am writing to inform you that in keeping with the advice received from the Assemblies of God GB and in accordance with government guidelines, we have made the decision to cancel all our week day services and Sunday gatherings as of today, until further notice.

 

We will be live streaming a scaled down Sunday morning service online via YOU TUBE. We will also keep you updated via the website, e-mails and messages from your House Fellowship leaders.

 

We are now living in some unprecedented and challenging times and the way we live may be affected for the months to come. May I encourage you, as praying church to cry out to God in prayer on behalf of our nation, each other and the communities we live in.

 

Please would you in particular remember those within the church and around us who are medical professionals and thus at the forefront of the fightback against this pandemic. Please pray for God’s protection over them and their families.

 

Please also do take this opportunity to look out for others who may be isolated and vulnerable within the church and around you during this time. A regular phone call or text maybe all it takes and as a church we want to ensure, as much as possible that everyone is supported and that there are no needs amongst us. This is also a great opportunity to live out the Love of Christ.

 

I am not sure if I will be able to see many of you during the coming weeks, so may I take this opportunity to remind you once again of God’s goodness and faithfulness.

 

I will miss seeing you, my dear HPC family! I pray that you may know God's peace that passeth all understanding each day, as we go through these uncertain and challenging times.
